Clinical & Injection Appointment Cancellation Policy
Should it become necessary for you to cancel your appointment, we ask that you please do so 24 hours in advance. Any notice given less than 24 hours will result in you being charged a $50.00 fee.
Also, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment you may be asked to reschedule.
Non-Surgical Consultations
Patients scheduling a non-surgical consultation (up to 15 minutes) with either a Doctor or mid-level practitioner will be charged a $125.00 fee.
