Meet Dr. Daniel Ruter, a highly skilled plastic surgeon with an exceptional educational background, impressive achievements, and a strong commitment to patient-centered care. Dr. Ruter graduated from The Ohio State University College of Medicine and then pursued advanced training at Albany Medical Center, where he collaborated with leading plastic surgeons nationwide. In 2022, Dr. Ruter spent a portion of his residency with Syracuse Plastic Surgery, working closely with our very own Dr. DeRoberts. Their professional relationship blossomed into a dynamic partnership, leading Dr. Ruter to pursue a career at Syracuse Plastic Surgery.

Dr. Ruter’s educational journey began at the University of Cincinnati, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. Continuing his academic excellence, he graduated Cum Laude from The Ohio State University College of Medicine. His residency at Albany Medical Center provided him with invaluable experience and expertise in plastic and reconstructive surgery.

Dr. Ruter’s clinical practice and achievements demonstrate his unwavering commitment to excellence. He actively advocates for patients’ rights through his role on the Legislative Advocacy Committee. His collaborations with leading plastic surgeons nationwide and his time spent with Dr. DeRoberts at Syracuse Plastic Surgery have enriched his knowledge and skills, positioning him at the forefront of the field.
