Please be advised that if you have picked a Neurotoxin Only Appointment we cannot accommodate additional treatments such as Fillers, PRF, etc. Full Body Exams will need to be scheduled independently from Neurotoxin or Filler Appointments.

Clinical Appointment Cancellation Policy

Should it become necessary for you to cancel your appointment, we ask that you please do so 24 hours in advance. Any notice given less than 24 hours will result in you being charged a $50.00 fee.

Also, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment you may be asked to reschedule.

Consultations

Our surgical consultation fee is $100.00 which will be applied to your surgery should you decide to schedule with us and is otherwise non-refundable. Consultation fees will not be applied to any other products or services.
