This 48 year old patient, weighing 118 pounds, struggled to remain at her ideal weight and lose extra fat on her thighs and lower back. Liposuction was done on the lateral thighs and lower back by Dr. DeRoberts. Local and oral sedation was picked by the patient in this situation.
